AMANDA DOWLING

HOSPITALITY ASSISTANT

Amanda was born and raised in Louisiana. While she was serving as a summer intern at Easthaven, she met her now husband, Jon, and they have four children: Josiah, Hannah, Sarah, and Isaiah.  Amanda graduated from Louisiana Tech University with a B.S. in Elementary Education and a minor in music. One of her lifelong interests has been showing people hospitality through food. She has cooked for many events and youth camps in New Mexico and at Easthaven. In September 2019, Amanda joined the staff of Easthaven as the Hospitality Assistant. Besides enjoying all things food, Amanda loves spending time homeschooling her four children, reading, playing piano, and experiencing new cultures through cooking and learning.
