Our Personnel Committee is filled by volunteer Church Members. This team of men and women is responsible for the compensation, benefits, policies, and performance reviews of all paid staff—especially of the Senior Pastor. They meet monthly and more frequently as needed. There is a self-selected chair who gives leadership to the meetings. This team is ultimately responsible to the congregation who elects them. The Ministry Leadership Team (MLT) is a team of men and women who are recognized church leaders. The MLT shall consist of representative(s) from key ministries including, but not limited to, the following:

This includes coordinating the annual budget process, reviewing financial reports, monitoring cash flow, and evaluating monthly and annual financial reports. They meet monthly and more frequently if needed. This team is ultimately responsible to the congregation that elects them.
