Are you interested in serving in Lay Leadership at Easthaven? As a congregationally-led church, these committee and ministry leaders make decisions throughout the year that impact the church in big ways. If you are available to serve on one of our standing committees or leadership positions, information is below.

Nominations close on November 3, 2025. You may nominate yourself below or by speaking with a Committee for Committees member in the Hub after services.

VOTING MEETING ON SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 23 AT 3PM

Each year, our Church Membership votes on the Proposed Budget and the list of names from our Leadership Advisory Team for our standing committees. We will be voting as a Church Membership on Sunday, November 23 at 3PM at Easthaven.

As only Church Members can vote per our By-Laws, we will need to check in each member prior to the meeting. With a large membership, we anticipate this process taking time. Check-in will open at 10AM on Sunday, November 23. We will have volunteers and staff members organized and ready to help with the process, and we appreciate your patience!

 

TIMELINE

  • The 2026 Proposed Budget will be emailed to the Church Membership on Saturday, October 25. If you do not receive the email or if you would like the information that was included, you can find that information on this webpage.

  • Sunday, November 9 at 3PM at Easthaven

    We will meet at the above times in the Worship Center.

  • Our Church Membership will gather at 3PM to vote on the 2026 Proposed Budget and the list of names on the Nominating ballot.
